2. How quickly will you respond to heat pump emergencies?
We aim to attend most emergencies within hours, 24/7, 365 days a year.
3. Does the policy include annual servicing?
Yes, annual servicing and maintenance checks can be included as part of your policy.
4. Is there a callout or excess fee?
Yes, each callout has an excess fee, detailed in your policy agreement.
5. When does my cover start?
Cover begins 30 days after your first payment is confirmed.
6. Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes, you can pay monthly or as a single annual payment.
7. Can I transfer my policy if I move?
Yes, your policy can be transferred to a new address with notice, starting a new 12-month contract.
8. Are other heating or plumbing issues covered?
No, this policy is specifically for air source heat pumps. Other issues are covered under separate policies.
9. What if access is needed to install or repair the heat pump?
We are not responsible for reinstating property fabric after access is made for repairs. Reinstatement is the customer’s responsibility.
10. Can I cancel my policy?
Yes, you can cancel, but a cancellation fee applies. The company also reserves the right to cancel or refuse renewal at its discretion.
